Immediate confirmation of your booking
Online bookings are charged at the Members’ rate. Accounts must be settled before leaving the Dormy House at the end of the booking. Members will be responsible for their guests’ accounts. For ease of occupation we ask that arrival times are confirmed if later than 7:00pm at least 24 hours prior to arrival, and vacation of the Dormy completed by 10.00am unless by prior arrangement.
Notice of cancellation must reach the Club via telephone and email and acknowledged by the office 72 hours threshold (3 days prior to the arrival date).
If the guest failed to show-up on the arrival date (No Show) or cancellation of room reservation is done after the 72 hours threshold (3 days prior to the arrival date), a one night room charge will be imposed.
If guest shortens their stay, the Club will impose a one night room charge as a last-minute cancellation, and refund the balance either through cash or credit card, depending on how the first payment was received.
The guest shall be responsible for the replacement / reinstatement of any items damaged through misuse or other act of abuse. This shall apply whether the damage was deliberate or accidental.
The Clubhouse closes at 7:00pm (occasionally earlier in winter months) and its facilities will not be available after this time.
Both Flat 1 and 2 are dog friendly. There is a small fee (£20.00) which applies to your stay. When booking a Flat please select this option if you would like to bring your dog. We kindly ask that you keep them off the furniture as well as out of the bedrooms.
