Flat 2 (Self Catering)

Flat 2 is the smaller of the two flats and is situated on the top floor of the building. It sleeps up to 3 people with 1 double bedroom (twin beds), sitting room with sofa bed, fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom. The stay also includes tea and coffee facilities, Wi-Fi, and on-site parking.

Breakfast

Breakfast is N0T included in the self catering stay. However, if you would like a cooked breakfast served in the dining room this can be arranged before your arrival at a cost of £11.00 per person. 

Check in & check out

The check in time is 2:00 pm. Guests are requested to check out at 10:00 am. Upon booking you will receive an email with your check in information which will include door codes and key collection. 

Online booking

Online bookings are charged at the Members’ rate.  Accounts must be settled before leaving the Dormy House at the end of the booking. Members will be responsible for their guests’ accounts. Bookings not taken up which have not been cancelled at least 5 days beforehand will be charged to the person concerned.

For ease of occupation we ask that arrival times are confirmed if later than 7:00pm at least 24 hours prior to arrival, and vacation of the Dormy completed by 10.00am unless by prior arrangement.

Clubhouse 

The Clubhouse closes at 7:00pm (occasionally earlier in winter months) and its facilities will not be available after this time.

Dog Friendly 

Our Flat is dog friendly. There is a small fee (£20.00) which applies to your stay. Please select this option if you would like to bring your dog. We kindly ask that you keep them off the furniture as well as out of the bedrooms.
